About Us

A fourth-generation contractor with a 22-year career as an entrepreneur, Jason is known for his tenacity, perseverance, honesty, and fairness. Jason brings an outstanding level of passion with a touch of Southern hospitality.

He pursued a number of interests, including being a pioneer in the merchant account processing industry, online marketplace businesses, a media company specializing in tradeshow development and magazine production, investing in a 120-acre ornamental shade tree farm, real estate, and commercial construction. Building profitable enterprises is a natural process for Jason.

Jason’s leadership and experience has enabled Reclaim Construction to double revenue year after year. While overseeing the company’s day to day operations, accounting department, employee management and complex projects, the company has been able to absorb market share throughout Texas. In 2022, Reclaim made the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

Jason holds a commercial roofing license through the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas and serves as a Director on the RCAT board along with being appointed to the licensing committee and  government relations committee.

After selling his previous portfolio to a Fortune 500 company, Jason and his family made the move to Texas. He enjoys fishing, flying, and spending time with his two children.

With more than 25 years of hands-on accounting experience, JoAnna brings versatility with remarkable efficiency in leading and directing cross-functional teams with a focus on improving profitability while enhancing operational efficiency.

JoAnna is well-versed in commercial construction and has been instrumental in developing and delivering robust financial strategies/plans to attain organization objectives.

With a tenacity for excellence, JoAnna shares Reclaim Construction’s core values of integrity, innovation, safety, diligence, and accountability. She has a strong desire to help others navigate unchartered territories in business, accounting, and financial planning.

JoAnna grew up in Michigan and has lived and worked in California, Louisiana, North Carolina, Hawaii, and Texas. She is a sister to six brothers and a mother to one daughter. She has a Bachelor of Science degree and MBA from the University of Phoenix.

In her spare time, JoAnna enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her golden retriever, Peaches.

As a hobby JoAnna enjoys refurbishing homes and is a strong believer in “Where there is a will, there is a way!”

Fun Fact: JoAnna’s great, great, great, great, great grandfather is Roger Sherman (if you have a copy of the Constitution of the United States, she is happy to sign it!)

Jessalyn, better known as Jess, is the Office Administrator at Reclaim Construction.  Jess is the glue that holds the divisions within the company together.

She grew up in Magnolia, TX, which is a little outside of Houston, and found her way to Dallas by attending Dallas Christian College. Jess graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with English and Psychology as her concentrations.

Jess has been with Reclaim Construction since 2020 and loves every second of her job. She enjoys that she gets to assist in all aspects of Reclaim. From administrative work to warehouse work. Jess loves to be the first one to get the job done, no matter what. She is a Certified Business Office Manager, CBOM, effective 2022. Outside of working at Reclaim, she enjoys spending time with her  husband, Bailey, their kids and their dogs.

Fun Fact: Jessalyn is a two-time Female Athlete of the Year and four-time All American in Basketball.
